Really bad tattoos

This loser has a permanent badge of their loserness to wear for the rest of his/her life. Whoever this person is, stay the hell away from me; that shit may be contagious. I wish that I had the story behind this tattoo but the photo is all that I have but I think that it certainly speaks for itself. I have to say though, thank god someone is hoarding all of the bad luck.
